Raised in Saint Petersburg, Florida, Sam Mendez received her Bachelor of Fine Arts with a focus in Ceramics in 2016 from the University of Florida. Since graduating she has gone on to teach pottery and show in galleries such as Clay Akar, The Charlie Cumming’s Gallery, and Mark Arts.
